We are looking for ambitious contributors with an innovation mindset who take responsibility for generating new business. In this role, you will provide a vision and direction to identify digital marketing leads on behalf of Syneos Health Commercial Solutions. You may also be able to explore other companies for business opportunities that are deemed viable.

Key Responsibilities:

The performance of this role will have an impact on Syneos Health’s business success in three important areas: 1) creating new digital marketing plans and opportunities, 2) converting identified opportunities into business growth, and 3) expanding the customer base, contact, and teamwork.

Specific Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Branding and promotion of companies and products/services using digital advertising and social media.
  • Consulting with clients for requirements definition, proposal, and adjustment.
  • Project management, team member management, and improvement of work efficiency and quality.
  • Market research, customer analysis, setting and analyzing ROI and KPI, reviewing and improving strategies.
  • Planning, executing, and evaluating data analysis, A/B testing, and improvement measures.
  • Knowledge of tools and platforms such as SEO, SEM, SNS marketing, and Google Analytics.
  • Continuously acquiring and sharing knowledge about the latest marketing trends and digital technology.
  • Encouraging and supporting a positive mindset for both clients and staff, contributing to a workplace environment that promotes the unity behind the decision-making of the team and Commercial Business.
  • Collaborating to facilitate teamwork, information sharing, and openness to new ideas. Asking free questions to get to the root of problems. Managing change and conflict through guidance and support.
  • Showing enthusiasm and aptitude for presentations to groups of all sizes, both internal and external. Scheduling and managing efficiently planned meetings to ensure that objectives are achieved.
  • Demonstrating curiosity about marketing and showing motivation to push one’s own thinking in new directions. Leading efforts to develop strategic alternatives and solutions for clients’ industries and challenges and revealing important perspectives both inside and outside the company.
  • Demonstrating the ability to identify important elements of problems or challenges and clearly explain opportunities and potential impacts to a wide range of clients. Capable of decision-making reflecting the level of thinking, such as enthusiasm, insight, caution, and thoughtfulness.
  • Actively participating in the network as an industry opinion leader, increasing brand awareness, and working towards problem-solving. Becoming a leader trusted and relied upon both internally and externally. Actively investigating and comprehensively judging industry trends and changes and communicating them. Building and utilizing relationships with internal and external partners to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

  • Curiosity, and the ability to turn that curiosity into action, with the power of execution.
  • Experience in digital marketing and leadership.
  • Wide knowledge of the commercial business of the pharmaceutical or related industry is a plus (can be acquired with learning ability and curiosity).
  • Confidence and persuasive communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with other companies.
  • Excellent presentation skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and being an opinion leader, a strategic partner with customers.
  • Knowledge of commercial business in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent perception and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to quickly recognize opportunities.
  • The ability to work independently while maintaining commercial leadership and communication in real-time.
