POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Manager, Healthcare Compliance is responsible for executing specific compliance-related activities to ensure the continuous and effective functioning of the Company’s healthcare compliance program. In addition, this role requires comfort and experience with communicating with senior management and executives within the organization and must have the ability to work with peers and stakeholders to achieve and maintain the company’s general Compliance goals. This role encompasses the development and implementation of tools and resources to support a culture of Compliance, high performance, and continual operational improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate, prioritize, and manage corrective action plans and develop recommendations on how to best improve the processes to ensure that corrective action is appropriately documented, implemented, and addressed.
  • Perform the day-to-day execution of large-scale on-going projects (e.g. Risk Assessment, suspicious order monitoring, program assessment, etc.) including working with consultants to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met within the established deadlines.
  • Plan, execute and track regular compliance training for new and current employees.
  • Perform and manage investigations into alleged violations of company policies or other wrongdoing, including conducting root cause analyses of any substantiated allegations and recommend remedial measures in each case in collaboration with other stakeholders.
  • Perform all auditing and monitoring activities, including, but not limited to expense reports, healthcare consultants’ contracts, Suspicious Order Monitoring, etc.
  • Attend national sales meetings and execute compliance training during the events, as necessary.
  • Review and submit all reports related to Open Payments.
  • Review and submit all state Whole Acquisition Cost price transparency reporting
  • Responsible for planning and executing field rides with members of the sales force.
  • Stay current on Compliance trends by researching industry publications and literature, benchmarking and consulting with industry counterparts and attending industry conferences and continuing education programs.
  • Other Ethics & Compliance initiatives deemed necessary by the Chief Compliance Officer to enhance Collegium’s ethical standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA/JD Preferred)
  • 6-8 years’ experience in the Healthcare/Life Sciences industry focusing on healthcare Compliance
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills required
  • Experience in data analytics preferred, but not required

Pay Range

$151,150—$175,775 USD
