Your role at Baxter

The Senior Marketing Analyst is in charge of the management in the execution of marketing plan tools and change controls , also support in campaigns, events and others that are required in the line of business for pharma.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the implementation of Change controls for marketing areas for designated lines of business.
• Support the Business Unit Manager in all activities related to Marketing, conducting congresses and educational events with HCPs.
• Report monthly/weekly sales trends to provide data on growth opportunities to the sales team.
• Grant management of the designated line of business for Marketing events and campaigns.
• Track marketing budget (spend vs forecast). Report monthly expense tracking of cost centers associated with the designated business unit.
• Support in the development of the Commercial Plan: segmentation, targeting, product positioning and tactical plan.
• Support with the development of marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Be the liaison with agencies (briefings, material adjustments, etc.).
• Manage promotional material approvals through PromoMats.
• Manage material stock and expiration for policy compliance.
• Execute monthly strategy for congresses and educational programs assiciated with strict compliance with policies for interaction with healthcare professionals.
• Support the development of marketing materials aligned with the strategy for pharma.

What you’ll bring

• Professional in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Health Sciences.
• At least (2) two years of experience in the marketing team for pharmaceutical or at least in the health sector.
