As Senior Marketing Creative Manager, you will play a key role in driving innovative and impactful creative brand marketing solutions for our leading consumer brands ESL, FACEIT, and DreamHack. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will oversee the development of compelling creative strategies and campaigns, primarily focusing on FACEIT, our competitive gaming platform, with the flexibility to also creatively support our other brands, such as DreamHack and ESL.

This role is essential in shaping how EFG connects with its diverse audiences—ranging from B2C gamers to B2B partners—through authentic, engaging, and memorable storytelling across multiple platforms.

  • Be a Brand Champion: Bring our brands, their positioning, values, and identity to life in everything you create.

  • Creative Ideation: Develop exciting, on-point concepts and campaigns that align perfectly with our brand goals and get the audience buzzing. Deeply understand the audience to tailor campaigns to their interests
  • Copywriting Mastery: Craft headlines, engaging storylines, and memorable taglines that speak to various communities and audiences.
  • Create campaigns that stick: Develop innovative, eye-catching campaigns that not only look great but drive real engagement—whether selling festival tickets, boosting tournament viewership, or increasing monthly user sign-ups. stay updated on gaming and esports trends, and continuously innovate to stay competitive.
  • Campaign Management: Juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring each one is delivered on brand, on time, and with maximum impact across platforms.
  • Be the creative conductor: Sync with a talented team of creative freelancers and internal collaborators while overseeing the creation process, ensuring everything is aligned with the brand’s tone and the audience’s needs.
  • Collaborate like a pro: Work closely with consumer marketing and social media to ensure that all efforts are aligned and executed flawlessly.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4-7 years in marketing, campaign development, or copywriting for both B2C (90%) and B2B (10%) audiences, with a strong portfolio to back it up.
