CGI is looking for Senior Manufacturing Operational Management Consultants for our work area within the Pharmaceutical industry. Primarily within the Manufacturing Execution System domain. We are looking for MES professionals with different backgrounds and levels of experience. Experience in Life Science / Pharma MES is preferable and advantageous, but we are open to hearing from you if you have different background.

As a Senior consultant you will:

Participate and lead phases of projects, e.g. sales support, consulting and specifications in conceptual and basic design as well as from detailed design and validation until commissioning by the end customer.

As an experienced MES consultant, you will advise customers and colleagues on handling and configuration of our MES software PAS-X. Together with customers, you will implement their processes in specific software platforms and take care of the associated design specifications.

We hope that:

• You have several years of professional experience as a consultant or trainer in the field of software support (ERP/MES/LIMS).
• You are familiar with the manufacturing processes within the pharmaceutical industry and with the FDA-regulated environment.
• You are a team player and like to get involved, you take on different roles within a team and are comfortable with taking the lead
• You are a strong communicator and speak and write both Danish and English as communication with clients, developers and testers takes place in both languages.

You will be responsible for

• Performing development, documentation and testing as well as maintenance in our customers’ Manufacturing Execution systems.
• Developing required IT/OT architecture, define link to physical equipment, define data information models, etc.
• Developing specifications in close dialogue with customers, developers and testers that are in line with GAMP5 requirements.
• Contributing actively to the design of system solutions that fulfill the customers production processes and business processes.
• Documenting and communicating complex solutions to decision makers, technical specialist, operators, etc.
• Advising and teach the functional aspects of the solutions.
• Performing hands-on investigation of errors and problem solving
