As our Senior Scrum Master, you’ll be at the forefront of driving agile excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your role will be crucial in:
- Developing and supporting new scaling practices for coordinating work between multiple teams
- Partnering with diverse stakeholders to build relationships and drive results
- Adapting to changing work environments and collaborating to meet emergent delivery demands
- Kicking off and guiding newly-formed teams through organizational changes
- Leveraging your expertise in Jira Cloud and ServiceNow to optimize team processes
Your Impact
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
