As our Senior Scrum Master, you’ll be at the forefront of driving agile excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your role will be crucial in:

• Developing and supporting new scaling practices for coordinating work between multiple teams
• Partnering with diverse stakeholders to build relationships and drive results
• Adapting to changing work environments and collaborating to meet emergent delivery demands
• Kicking off and guiding newly-formed teams through organizational changes
• Leveraging your expertise in Jira Cloud and ServiceNow to optimize team processes

Your Impact
