PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Due to our success in the market, the Supply Chain Sales team in the Belgium & Luxemburg (BeLux) is looking for a dynamic and passionate Solution Sales Executive who will work together with global account teams and be jointly responsible for sales to global companies with Headquarters in the BeLux. This role covers all sales-relevant processes regarding the sale of SAP supply chain management solutions including Integrated Business Planning, Product Lifecycle Management, Manufacturing, Asset Management and Logistics (EWM/Transportation Management).

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Achievement of agreed sales revenue targets in the area of Supply Chain Management;
  • Generation of new opportunities by proactively approaching customers;
  • Being able to articulate and lead with the value of SAP’s supply chain solutions;
  • Positioning of the solutions directly in the relevant customer departments and business experts;
  • Developing account and opportunity plans containing the value proposition;
  • Identification and qualification of opportunities, develop and drive strategy;
  • Professional management of all leads and opportunities for assigned accounts, including managing progress through the sales cyle including closing;
  • Closely work with leading Supply Chain Management partners.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • University Degree in Business or Engineering (Bachelor/Master degree or higher);
  • Understanding of complex supply chain challenges;
  • Experience in the process industry and/or discrete manufacturing industry;
  • Experience in selling the entire SCM portfolio is NOT a must but beneficial;
  • Experience of SAP ERP and the core components of SAP SCM is NOT a must but benificial;
  • Experience of SCM software sales cycles and detailed understanding of SCM project management;
  • Experience and broad network to SCM partners;
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills (Dutch & French is beneficial).

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years of experience selling business software, IT solutions and/or SCM projects;
  • Proven track record in target achievement;
  • Experience in innovation sales by selling End2End supply chain solution use cases to CXOs.
