The role…
Are you a passionate, forward thinking Stage Technician, with experience of delivering excellence across a variety of entertainment genres? Are you dedicated to delivering the highest quality in everything you do?
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Technician- Stage and Flys at The London Palladium. In this exciting and varied role, you will deliver a programme of Theatre and Pantomime seasons, live music, the world’s leading comedy talent, and prime time television shows.
Through your collaboration with a diverse and multi-skilled team, you will provide the highest standard of customer experience to our visiting clients and Resident Productions, whilst breaking new ground in our industry.
Salary: £ 50,745.37 (Plus additional overtime)

Job Requirements
What we need…
– Experience of fitting up and get out of concert, TV or touring theatre productions.
– Excellent verbal communication skills.
– Experience of working as part of a technical team.
– Can adapt to changing circumstances and overcome challenges.
– Happy to work unsociable hours.
– Professional and proactive manner with impeccable timekeeping.
– Logical and methodical including the ability to follow instruction precisely.
– Adaptable with the ability to use initiative and lead.
– Technical theatre experience from another West End theatre, number one touring theatre or music venue.
– Familiarity with the ABTT Technical Standards for Places of Entertainment.
– Previous experience of leading, motivating and instructing a team.
– Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and overcome challenges.
– Willing to review existing working methods and help to develop new practices.
– Have a professional, proactive, and pragmatic approach at all times.
