• Four or more years of shipping and receiving management experience, logistics management experience or warehouse management experience is required
• Three or more years of experience utilizing SAP software is also required
• Pay is up to $120,000 for an exceptional candidate
• Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder

This is a full-time, permanent Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Manager career opportunity is newly created position available due to growth. The company plans on growing sixty percent in the next two years and will be building a new facility. The company products are very environmentally friendly.The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should be as follows:

• Managing, motivating and mentoring four shipping and receiving employees
• Ensuring departmental goals are met
• Improving the effectiveness of SAP software
• Streamlining the shipping and receiving function to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensuring the accuracy of the inventory levels in the warehouse
• Performing Key Performance Indicator reviews
• Implementing 5S
• Participating in discussions regarding the layout of the new facility to be built
• Participating with others regarding packaging improvements

The background of successful candidates must include the following:

• Four or more years of shipping and receiving management experience, logistics management experience or warehouse management experience
• Three or more years of experience utilizing SAP software
• A strong understanding of domestic and international shipping
• A solid work history
• A US citizen or possess a green card
• A residence within 45 minutes

Expected salary

$90000 – 120000 per year
