Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the implementation of Siemens Opcenter Pharma solutions at the site level.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including MES engineers, IT specialists, and business stakeholders.
  • Requirement Gathering: Work closely with business SMEs and key users to gather and assess requirements.
  • System Design & Configuration: Design, configure, and test the Siemens Opcenter Pharma system to meet site-specific needs.
  • Documentation: Create and manage documentation such as User Requirement Specifications (URS), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Design Specifications, and Test Scripts.
  • Validation & Compliance: Develop and execute validation plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users and ensure smooth system adoption.

Requirements

  • Experience: 12+ years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and related technologies.
  • Pharmaceutical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process and regulatory requirements.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Opcenter and Simatic IT eBR solutions.
  • Documentation Skills: Ability to create and manage comprehensive documentation.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading teams and managing project tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with business SMEs and key users.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with validation processes and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Global Process Interfaces: Experience in designing and validating Global Process Interfaces (PIs) across multiple sites.
