This is an exciting opportunity to join the Solution Engineering team within Keysight at the forefront of Keysight’s software strategy. As a Solution Engineer, you will be responsible to drive technical qualification, adoption, expansion & upselling of Keysight software solutions – primarily Keysight’s ADS RFMW and SystemVue(System Design) simulation software customers. You will work closely with the customer to provide an integrated Customer Experience and ensure our tools are well positioned. You will also work closely with Field team, Marketing, and R&D teams within Keysight to strategies on workshops/events/ and trainings. You should be able to prioritize your tasks, differentiate between the urgent and the important, and be proactive. You will know your customers’ world view & understand their key strategic investments, their major products & projects, and their desired design flows & current gaps.

Responsibilities

• Drive to ensure Keysight ADS RFMW and SystemVue(System Design) is part of the customer’s approved design flow(s).
• Organize workshops and trainings to drive the usage and increased adoption of Keysight Software’s.
• Continuously look for opportunities to Upsell software or services. Be a challenger to status quo.
• Promote new products and features. Align account strategies with Keysight initiatives (e.g. 5G, RF Module Design and more)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering
• Excellent communications skills, and Strong interaction skills with customers
• 8+ years of experience in Design or EDA industry (preferably in Applications Engineering or Technical Support roles)
• 2+ years of experience in at least one related field (RF System, RFIC design, MMIC design, RF Module design, RF PCB design)
• Knowledge of fundamental concepts related to Communication Systems design and/or Electronic System Level (ESL) design and/or RF/Microwave design (including Electromagnetics).
