As a data science and business insights specialist, you will leverage your understanding of data analytics and HR principles/practices to discover trends, formulate insights and provide evidence-based recommendations using various people data sources, as well as internal and external market data. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other CPO team members, other Enabling business areas (e.g., ITS, Finance, etc.) and our business partners on a regular basis.

The People Transformation team’s four functions, Strategic Programs, Analytics, Technology and Culture and Change, support the Culture and People Office (CPO) to build a future-ready organization that maximizes human potential, fosters inclusion, and drives sustainable business success.
We will do this by empowering and inspiring our workforce through a people-first approach, seamlessly integrating technology and digital solutions, leveraging data-driven insights, and implementing transformative Talent programs.
The role itself is part of the People Analytics function focused on enabling better decisions through meaningful data-driven insights.

Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, English is required for this position.
The salary range for this position is $58,000 – $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
