Responsibilities :

• To closely monitor ESL financial performance and to provide insights/perspective to meet the budget
• To lead budgeting and monthly financial / P&L forecast for ESL team.
• To closely monitor expense management and ensure the accuracy of the expense allocation.
• To closely monitor product acquisition and portfolio profitability.
• Closely working with Finance team for accounting related matters e.g. MJE, business event, etc.
• To establish and improve the financial model for ESL team.
• To work closely across internal ESL team to balance between sales growth, risk management and profitability.

Requirements

1. Minimum bachelor degree with major in business, management, accounting, or banking and finance
2. minimum of 3 years working experience in financial industry – e.g. accountant, analyst, corporate finance and relationship manager (in bank or non-bank financial institution)
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
