What you’ll be working on

Our client’s Digital Platform team is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to accelerate data-driven decision making for the advancement of their Mobile App, Online Banking, and virtual financial agent (Erica) platforms. This is a highly visible role that will be interfacing with business leaders to deliver actionable insights, forward-looking business intelligence, decision-making frameworks, and roadmap prioritization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, a strong focus on driving business objectives, ability to make highly complex judgments distilled in a clear concise manner easily comprehended by key stakeholders across the organization.

As a Senior DAta Analyst you will

• Provide ongoing diagnostic analysis of platform adoption, engagement, and capability performance for executive-facing audience
• Lead analyses and making recommendations directly to leadership that will influence the strategic direction of their business
• Develop end-to-end solutions and models to support business case creation, strategic planning, feature enhancement and optimize client experience across servicing, acquisition, and deepening
• Driving the design, implementation & support of their data systems, including interactive models/visualizations and self-service analytics to support business intelligence and decision making
• Preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, and quality standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change
• Identify cutting edge tools to improve their business processes and enable better decision-making
• Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, performance management, and annual planning
• Partners across organization to deliver an integrated strategy focused on digital adoption, engagement, deepening and personalization

You’re a Person Who Has (required Skills)

• Strong combination of strategic thinking, detailed tactical planning, and project management expertise to drive business objectives
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically to implement
• Ability to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issue
• Strong SQL knowledge
• Experience with automation and data analysis in Python or other tools
• An understanding of digital & financial services businesses
• Financial Services and/or AI experience, preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and story-telling skills, including the ability to interface with all levels of the organization, leveraging advanced written, verbal and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Consumer Banking and financial services, accounts, and product types preferred
• Experience with enterprise visualization tools, Tableau & MicroStrategy a plus
• Experience understanding Digital Banking Products and Mobile App operations a plus
