We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a direct hire opportunity.?$110,000/year (flexible based on experience)
? Hybrid schedule: 2–3 days in-office, alternating weeklyWe are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This role is a key contributor within the FP&A team and will play a leadership role in supporting financial planning efforts, providing insightful analysis, and guiding junior analysts.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development of the annual capital and operating budgets in collaboration with business unit leadersConduct monthly actual vs. budget variance (flux) analyses and provide detailed write-upsDevelop and maintain the company’s 5-year forecast modelAnalyze key metrics including ROE and ROR for both actual and projected resultsSupport preparation of quarterly board packages and reporting deliverablesProvide analytical support for new business opportunities and potential acquisitionsModel “what if” financial scenarios and update forecasts accordinglyAnalyze EPS expectations versus internal forecasts and support gap analysisTrack company and peer stock performance metricsProvide data for quarterly audit requests and regulatory filingsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field4+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate financeAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skillsStrong analytical thinking with ability to communicate complex ideas effectivelyExperience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
