Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement the strategic vision for the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) department within the pharmaceutical manufacturing division.
• Successfully implement ECM solutions to optimize document management processes and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and develop innovative solutions
• Lead a team of individuals with strong work ethics, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Improve operational performance by adopting effective approaches, optimizing procedures, and embracing technological advancements.
• Proven ability to compete in a fast-paced environment and deliver results within strict timelines
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with individuals across all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in ECM or related roles within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, such as FDA guidelines and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving projects to completion
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a proven ability to determine and implement effective solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of individuals
