The Senior Manager, Leadership Gifts will manage a portfolio of high-net-worth donors, predominantly individuals, and identify and qualify new prospects to grow their portfolio and support a team fundraising target. They will use all tools available for giving and engagement, including estate gifts, in order to ensure all donors are fully maximized. This position employs principles of strategic, relational based fundraising focused on asking and maximizing donors. The role presently does not have supervisory duties but may do so in the future.
Essential Functions:
Reporting to Director, Principal Gifts, the Senior Manager, Leadership Gifts works closely with the major gifts team to grow revenue from individuals and family foundations for Plan International USA by identifying, soliciting, and stewarding major gift level donations emphasizing unrestricted or flexible funding as well as planned giving. The principal donation range for the portfolio will be donors giving approximately between $15,0000 and $100,000.

Plan International USA offers a comprehensive total compensation package inclusive of health benefits, paid time off (PTO), sick leave, and retirement plan contributions. We take several factors into account when determining salary offers, including candidate qualifications and experience, and internal equity. The target range for this position is between $90,000 – $105,000 annually.
