The Science and Lab Solutions (SLS) is a business division of Life Science and It provides a more seamless experience to customers as they continue to benefit from our scientific expertise and access to one of the broadest portfolios in the industry.

The SLS in Chemicals and Life Science (MCLS) is seeking a talent who is aggressive, highly inspired, and has a sales-driven and growth mindset to drive high growth targets in Strategic Accounts to be appointed as.

Strategic Account Manager for the Pharma Industry In this role, you are to develop new business, execute a sales plan, and support the growth strategy to achieve sales targets via intensive and well-structured account planning for these strategic accounts. You will also develop sales pipelines and submit sales forecasts on a timely basis.

You will work closely and directly with customers (end-users) to proactively pursue and follow up on sales opportunities as well as collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver customer solutions and improve customer experience.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a life science-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology).
  • Have professional experience min 5 years in Sales and/or Marketing in the chemical or life science industry
  • Able to speak active English
  • Able to work with Microsoft Office software in a business environment.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision either as an individual or as a team in a matrix organization.
  • Good learning agility and a fast-learner
  • Have a good market knowledge of life science and chemicals business and experience developing business within Strategic customers.
  • Strong business acumen with advanced sales competency includes developing new business, building relationships with different levels, and prioritization
  • Good communication skills and can bridge external and internal stakeholders in building new big opportunities.
  • Used to work with Customer Relationship Management tools such as SFDC is preferred
