Purpose and Mission

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across our industry verticals, ranging from strategy development, inorganic growth opportunity review (scouting, due diligence, integration) to execution as we further transform Bekaert’s transformation. The candidate will report directly to the Group Strategy & Transformation Officer and work closely with the senior leadership teams in the BUs and at Corporate.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans;
• Lead market research to identify trends and opportunities, and analyze data to support strategic decision-making;
• Manage strategic projects from inception to completion;
• Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives;
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Previous Experience

• Minimum of 7-10 years experience in a strategy-related role, such as Strategy Analyst or similar;
• Experience in managing strategic projects.

Qualifications and Education

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
