UNICEF East Asia and Pacific Regional Office is seeking an individual consultant to help the Regional People and Culture team with the workload review and contribute to recommendations to the senior management on optimizing workload distribution among General Services staff and improving business efficiency.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

  • Bachelor’s Degree sociology, psychology, human resources, education, social sciences or a related field
  • At least 5 years of prior experience in data analysis, for both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • At least 3 years of experience in human resources management
  •  At least 2 years of prior experience in report writing
