Job Description:

City of Hope Phoenix (Goodyear, Arizona) is seeking an outstanding Board Certified or Board Eligible Surgical Oncologist who wishes to contribute and practice medicine in a patient-focused environment surrounded by a collaborative team that drives speed to care, quality and outcomes. We invite you to consider an opportunity to join City of Hope Phoenix.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Foreign Equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience
• Board Certified in General Surgery
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Complex General Surgical Oncology or fellowship trained in Surgical Oncology
• Active Arizona Medical License
• Active DEA

• Articulate and engaging with patients, families, and other caregivers, using understandable language and compassion at all times

• Well versed in the state of cancer care, including the latest standards of care, research, and innovations

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• Clinical responsibilities to include outpatient and some inpatient treatment with a focus on the care of patients with surgical malignancies

Salary range: $250,000 – $650,000 The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation will be adjusted for specialty, experience, training, hospital/community need and other factors.
