The Position

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for someone passionate about finding the best talent and,

  • Partners with the business: You’ll work closely with teams across the globe to find and attract top talent, handling everything from sourcing to hiring.
  • Works independently: You’re a self-starter who can lead or contribute to recruiting projects, whether they’re regional or global.
  • Develops talent strategies: You’ll create and implement comprehensive talent acquisition plans, including building talent pipelines and managing the candidate experience.
  • Collaborates effectively: You build strong relationships and work well with colleagues across various teams.
  • Guides hiring decisions: You help hiring managers and stakeholders choose the best candidates for their roles.
  • Manages offers: You’ll oversee the offer process, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved.

What you bring:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, ideally within the healthcare industry.
  • Fluency in both Turkish and English is essential.

Who you are:

  • Excellent at stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and partnering skills.
  • You bring high emotional intelligence and a quick learner, able to understand people and processes.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking and sourcing tools like Workday, Phenom People, and LinkedIn.
  • A broad perspective with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong talent evaluation and assessment skills.
  • Solid business understanding within your areas of expertise.
  • A proactive approach to sourcing talent.
