Job Description
REAL is looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Booker with a deep passion for music to join our team. The Talent Booker will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing music artists for a variety of events, including concerts at several venues in London, and small festivals. This role requires a strong network within the entertainment industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for live entertainment.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in talent booking
Strong industry network.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Passion for music and live entertainment.
Availability to work part time in person in our workspace
Job Responsibilities
Secure and manage talent for events.
Develop and maintain relationships with artists, managers, and agents.
Negotiate contracts and performance terms.
Coordinate logistics for artist performances.
Collaborate with marketing and production teams.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends.
