The UCL School of Management is home to UCL’s business and management research and education programmes. About the role
Under the direction of the Programme Administrator and in conjunction with the Teaching and Learning Manager and relevant academic staff, the post holder will provide comprehensive support to teaching and learning activities covering the full student lifecycle, with particular focus on admissions support, module administration, assessment processes and student feedback and engagement, ensuring effective procedures are documented and implemented
About you
The successful candidate will need to evidence the following in their application:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (Including Mathematics and English Language) or equivalent, or having acquired relevant experience
- Experience of administration in higher/further education or a teaching and learning environment
- Familiarity with online learning environments
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective relationships with staff and students at all levels (and external partners)
- Computer literate, including Word, Excel, Outlook, shared online documents, video conferencing systems, email and internet
- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload, and able to meet time-critical schedules
- Strong data management skills with the ability to present and interpret statistics
- Ability to work accurately and with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
