Requirements and Nature of Work:

Requirements:

• Preferred PhD student in Epidemiology, public health or equivalent research degree. MPH student could also be considered.
• Demonstrated training or practical experience in public health or health promotion.
• Comprehensive understanding of Canadian and/or global public health situation. Demonstrated critical appraisal skills.

Nature of Work:

• This position will involve leading discussion groups with small groups of students, answering student questions, providing student feedback, marking assignments and presentations, and updating Brightspace.
• The TA will also be required to attend class.
