Position Summary:

• provide support to students for all courses’ requirements and assessments
• grade assignments in consultation with instructors
• monitor discussions and postings on MyCourses and other relevant platforms
• hold on-line or in person office hours as necessary

Qualifications:

• solid grounding in biological science (ecology, diversity, evolution) and/or earth science (geology, physical geography)
• strong commitment to interdisciplinary teaching
• effective communication skills
• fluency in English and knowledge of French sufficient to grade essays
• Demonstrated experience with the use of a virtual learning platform [e.g., Zoom, WebEx] to prepare and assist with remote delivery of course material.
• Familiarity with MyCourses
