The Department of Chemistry invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure track teaching position at the rank of Teaching Instructor or Assistant Teaching Professor, consistent with prior experience. The desired start date is September 1, 2025. Teaching duties may include laboratories, lectures and recitations for general chemistry, world of chemistry (non-majors), or organic chemistry, as needed, in addition to other duties. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to excellence in undergraduate teaching and to promoting learning of all students. The candidate will also embrace professional development and advance and support initiatives that deepen pedagogical knowledge. Rutgers non-tenure track positions have competitive salary and benefits. Applicant review will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
