The Learning Technology Center (LTC) at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater seeks a Teaching, Learning & Technology Consultant (Teaching, Learning and Technology Specialist II, TL004).
The major responsibility of this position is to be a champion for pedagogically sound and effective use of technology for instruction, particularly in supporting the university’s efforts to be leaders in both generative artificial intelligence (GAI) and accessibility. Primary activities include leading teaching pedagogical and technological professional learning efforts and supporting instructors in the pedagogically sound use of technology in their courses to increase student success. The person in this position will also be responsible for assisting with projects related to campus-wide initiatives that technologically and pedagogically support teaching, learning, and student success. The successful candidate must have effective communication (e.g., listening, written, oral) skills and have a passion for assisting users representing a wide range of technical skills/aptitudes in creating rich, meaningful learning experiences. This position is in the university’s Learning Technology Center (LTC) and reports directly to the Director of Learning Technology.
This position may be eligible for partially remote status upon successful completion of an on- campus probationary period.

Well-qualified candidates can expect a starting annual salary within a range of $55,000 – $61,000.
