JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The School of Engineering Design, Technology, and Professional Programs (SEDTAPP) seeks individuals for part-time teaching positions.

A Master’s degree in Engineering or closely related field is required. Applicants should be interested in teaching as part of programs that are offered by the School. These include (1) Engineering Design, and particularly the introductory engineering design course, in which students learn design processes, methods, and decision-making tools while engaged in team-based design projects. Effective use of communication skills and computer-aided analysis tools are an integral part of the design course. (2) Courses that are taught in support of the Technology-Based Entrepreneurship cluster for the ENTI Minor. (3) Courses that support the Engineering Leadership Development Programs. (4) Courses that support the Humanitarian Engineering and Social Entrepreneurship Program. (5) Other courses as part of SEDTAPP’s growing portfolio.
