The College of Continuing and Professional Studies (CCAPS) offers the Master of Professional Studies in Horticulture, an applied professional degree designed to offer education in the science of growing plants and complementary courses to support the career-ready knowledge for students engaging in small-scale landscapes, farms, gardens, and other businesses. This position reports to the Director of Graduate Programs.

The College of Continuing and Professional Studies (CCAPS) at the University of Minnesota seeks candidates for future instructional positions within the Master of Professional Studies in Horticulture (HORT), a professional program intended for students with a passion for growing plants and interested in advancing their knowledge creating or sustaining small-scale gardens, farms, horticulture businesses, among other areas.

CCAPS has a large and diverse portfolio of program offerings, including bachelor’s and master’s degrees, professional development offerings for practitioners, pre-college programs for high school students, English language programs, and lifelong learning for personal enrichment. Pay Range: Instructors are paid $2280 per credit for full enrollment courses. For example, a three credit course at full enrollment would be paid at $6840.
