Tenure Track Position (Management) – McDougall Faculty of Business

The successful candidate will be a member of the McDougall faculty team and be expected to balance scholarly productivity with service contributions and teaching excellence at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Candidates must have an earned doctorate in a relevant field or be close to completion. A record of excellence in research and teaching appropriate to career stage, or a demonstration of clear promise is required.

The McDougall Faculty of Business has emphasized evidence-based management in teaching and scholarship, and offers an MBA in Global Leadership. Candidates who can contribute to those themes are encouraged to apply. In addition, our Faculty values candidates with both strong academic qualifications and professional experience in an applied setting.
