Maintain a certain level of Employee development according to company needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make the necessary logistical arrangements for training courses to be conducted for company employees inside and outside the company. Liaise with training vendors when necessary.
  • Negotiate and make necessary arrangements to book the training venues with hotels and other providers.
  • Register company staff for external and internal training after receiving the necessary approvals.
  • Update the Iconnect HRIS system with the necessary information to maintain complete training data for all company employees.
  • Coordinate and communicate summer training and internship programs to academic institutions and to company departments.
  • Select students to be trained at company based on their academic qualifications.
  • Communicate the results of training/internship of trainees and interns to their academic institutes.
  • Provide staff with a comprehensive standard document including the proper rules and conventions to be followed during training.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the immediate Supervisor within the scope of the Department.

Number Of Positions
1-2 years of work experience in relevant field.
Bachelor in Business and administration or relevant field
