Malteser International is the international humanitarian relief agency of the Sovereign Order of Malta. For over 60 years we provide relief and recovery for people during and following conflicts and disasters around the world. The Emergency & Quality department promotes the implementation of internal and international quality standards in humanitarian aid and development cooperation. We provide guidance on important aspects of our work and offer advice in the core sectors of our work, project cycle management and operational support. We also organize training and learning events in the form of online webinars, face-to-face trainings and regional learning fora.
To strengthen our organizational learning capacity, we are seeking a Training & Learning Manager for a limited-term position until 31.12.2026 to work alongside our existing Training & Learning Manager.
As Training & Learning Manager, you will drive key learning initiatives, support the roll‑out of new systems and standards, and enhance knowledge management and training structures across MI.
