Immediate opening for a Trauma Surgeon/Surgical Intensivist/Acute Care Surgeon.

• Faculty Appointment
• The Trauma Surgeon reports directly to the Chief of Trauma, and the Chair of the Department of Surgery.
• Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy
• Board certified/eligible by the American Board of Surgery in general surgery and surgical critical care
• Fellowship trained surgeon to complete our team and provide a full range of surgical services.
• Requirements include demonstrated skills in emergency surgery, surgical critical care, trauma patient care, and a record of teaching and research experience (health services, translational or basic science research).
