UNICEF works in some of the world’s toughest places, to reach the world’s most disadvantaged children. To save their lives. To defend their rights. To help them fulfill their potential.
Across 190 countries and territories, we work for every child, everywhere, every day, to build a better world for everyone.
And we never give up.
For every child, hope
The Individual Giving (IG) team in the Division of Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP), based in Geneva, provides global support to over 50 fundraising National Committees (Natcoms) and Country Offices (COs). A key part of any successful fundraising operation is having cutting- edge systems that enable UNICEF to engage with, manage, and understand its supporters. Essential technologies include donor management systems (CRM-based) and payment platforms, both critical to maximizing and optimizing fundraising performance to support the world’s most vulnerable children.
As UNICEF undertakes an intense period of IG product development, alignment and coordination with markets and internal stakeholders are vital. This ensures platforms and products are fit for purpose, optimized for fundraising, and compliant with data security policies and procedures.
