Description of the Assignment: Senior National Consultant – Expert Support to the National S3 Team for preparation of Montenegro’s Smart Specialisation Strategy (S3) 2026–2031

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 20 January 2026 – 31 May 2026 (40 consultancy days)
