Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • 30% Oversight of the weight room and cardio area to ensure the safety of members.
  • 25% Deliver exceptional customer service to members by addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may come up.
  • 20% Assist with cleaning the exercise equipment at the MUSC Wellness Center.
  • 15% Assist members in checking out equipment to fulfill their exercise and recreation requirements.
  • 5% Assist in opening and closing the facility as per shift requirements.
  • 5% Perform any additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a current student at the Medical University of South Carolina.
  • Must have or be able to obtain CPR/AED certification within 60 days of being hired.
