EXCELLENT BONUS PROGRAM

Fulltime and Part-time providers are eligible for both bonus programs:

• Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift – to reward you on those busier days!
• Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 10% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores, productivity and quality measures.

OPPORTUNITY DETAILS:

• Position: Urgent Care Physician, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Location: Springfield, MO
• Status: Fulltime or Part-time

Due to our growth, we have an opening for a provider (Physician, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner), with experience treating both adult and pediatric patients, to join our team at one or more centers within the Springfield area.

• Compensation will be commensurate with experience – through Mercy.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages).
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.
• Physicians: Board Certified/eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Med-Peds
• Physician Assistants: NCCPA Certification is required
• Nurse Practitioners: Appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
• NP/PA- 1-2 years of full-time experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting as a provider.
