Siemens Smart Infrastructure is seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to drive growth within the Life Science/Pharma Industry and the expanding Healthcare industry in Singapore. These dynamic Verticals are rapidly growing and needs a highly motivated sales professional to identify and develop customer opportunities into successful solutions and services for the accounts they will serve.

You’ll make an impact by 

• Have and further develop an in-depth understanding of the local Life Science/Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries, including local market dynamics, operational needs and constraints, regulatory nuances, and competitive landscape.
• Adhere and participate in sales activities including pre-bid reviews, risk management, bid preparation and ensure proper sales-to-project hand over of secured orders
• Meet sales order and revenue, based on the assigned targets
• Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, amidst intricate organizational hierarchies and become a trusted advisor for our customers and stakeholders in the assigned industries
• Understand customer’s business processes, drivers and develop strategic account plan to support the digital transformation journey of the account.
• Growing Share of Wallet: Expand existing and new customer relationships by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our solutions and services business
• Articulate Siemens value propositions within the Life Science/Pharma and Healthcare spaces, that resonates with diverse stakeholders with an added focus on digitalization and sustainability
• Adopt and leverage internal sales tools to maximize sales effectiveness, provide accurate sales forecasting and enable data driven decision making
• Engage in industry association working groups, to develop domain expertise and represent Siemens as a thought leader in the assigned industries.
• Work closely with relevant internal stakeholders, including Finance and Operations.
• Ensure strong compliance to Siemens Business Conduct Guidelines

You excel in

• Possess 3- 5 year(s) of sales experience in any building services, specializing in Life Science/Pharmaceutical industry or Healthcare industry
• Understanding of the design and operational requirements of Life Science/Pharmaceutical, including industry standards, critical environment processes & regulations, value chains, etc or Understanding of the design and operational requirements of Hospitals in Singapore, including industry standards, regulations and workflows
• Existing relationship with various stake holders including end users, developers, consultants, builders, facilities managers, general/specialist contractors and related Government agencies
• Possess a Degree in Business / Engineering or equivalent
• Appreciates collaboration and ability to communicate effectively in cross-collaboration opportunities
• Growth mindset and able to embrace a consultative selling approach
