We are seeking a video editor to complete the following tasks:
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Story Development: Collaborate with the team to determine the ideas and messages to be conveyed through the videos.
- Video Editing: Utilize editing software to edit videos and compile various shots.
- Adding Effects: Insert visual effects, transitions, text, and titles to enhance the appeal of the videos.
- Audio Enhancement: Adjust and improve audio quality, and add voiceovers and appropriate background music.
- Project Management: Organize and schedule tasks to ensure delivery by specified deadlines.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the media department team to ensure the project’s vision is achieved.
- Review and Revision: Receive feedback and edit to ensure quality and accuracy.
- File Organization: Save and organize video files and projects in a way that allows easy access and future use.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A relevant university degree
- Over 2 years of experience in the required field
- Proficiency in using video editing applications
- Experience in the humanitarian sector is preferred
Contract Type:
