  • Lead on the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, ensuring robust Theories of Change and keeping regular track of Outcomes and Impact;
  • Provide accurate and timely narrative reporting and updates on project delivery, responding to FCDO HQ’s requirements;
  • Support Embassy teams in scoping for project activities, liaising with a wide range of stakeholders: including project implementers, beneficiaries, HQ programme team, UK government partners and regional UK embassies;
  • Organise project-related events, visits and activities;
  • Assist the Head of Section in donor coordination efforts, including keeping track of the contribution of others for spotting cooperation opportunities and avoiding overlapping;
  • Line management of one finance officer and oversight and assurance of our financial management processes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills using English and one of the national languages of Kosovo  (Minimum C1 level as per CEFR);
  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant working experience in design, management and coordination of Programmes/Projects;
  • University degree;
