The Department of English at the University of Cincinnati is seeking applicants for a Visiting Assistant teaching position for one year with the possibility of renewal up to two years.
The successful candidate will teach and help enhance curricula in the English Composition Program in the Department of English – Clifton Campus. Classes will include first-year and intermediate composition.
The teaching load is 3-3. Classes will primarily be in-person but may also include some hybrid or online teaching.

In addition to completing the online application, submission must include a cover letter; curriculum vitae; two sample syllabi; three responses to students’ writing or projects; and a one page statement addressing the candidate’s intended contributions to the University’s goals of building a team culture through teaching, research, and service.
