Job Description
Your role will include:
- Supporting lead gardeners with sessions
- Helping children with planting and gardening tasks
- Being a familiar, trusted presence each week
- Arriving 30 minutes before and staying to help clean up after sessions
You’ll need a DBS check and safeguarding training, which we will cover the cost for. We ask for consistency so children can build trusted relationships.
You are welcome to volunteer for more than 2 hours a week if you wish.
Job Requirements

Friendly and enthusiastic about working with children and the outdoors

Able to work as part of a team, supporting gardeners and children in activities
