About the role
As our Work Health & Safety Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in building a culture where people feel safe, supported and empowered to do their best work.
You will work collaboratively across the organisation to strengthen our approach to workplace health, safety and wellbeing, providing trusted advice, guidance and practical support to our leaders and teams. This is a role where you can make a genuine difference not just through compliance, but by fostering care, connection and proactive wellbeing.
You’re a skilled communicator who builds strong relationships and works collaboratively to solve problems. Experience partnering with leaders in community, health or human services is a plus and you’re genuinely committed to creating safe, supportive and positive workplaces for everyone.
