You will work with:

  • A small but growing multilingual team of colleagues with experiences in the fields of arts and culture, entrepreneurship, social cohesion, philanthropy, non-formal education, and a few more.
  • Partner organizations from California to Kyiv.
  • Smart colleagues at the organizational level who are happy to support you in addition to your teammates.

We are looking for support on:

  • Organization of on- and offline events
  • Communications
  • Financial administration (checking reimbursement forms, bills etc.)
  • Desk research on matters related to our work

Salary & Office

  • Salary will be 14,20 Euro per hour at up to 19.5 hours per week.
  • Hybrid work setting with a welcoming office close to Rosenthaler Platz
  • Flexible working hours with the option to work partially remotely (up to 50 % after the onboarding phase)

The organization you would be working for

The International Alumni Center (iac Berlin) was founded by the Robert Bosch Stiftung to support the development of networks for social impact. As a Do & Think tank, we partner with foundations, academia, public institutions, and non-profit organizations; advise on alumni work; develop practical solutions for the design of impact-oriented networks; and initiate new forms of collaboration.

This role is within the Networks in Philanthropy team. It works in close collaboration with the Democracy and Belonging Forum which is hosted by iac Berlin.
