Job Summary
Job Description
The successful candidate would be joining an existing team of workshop producers, supported by a variety of freelance staff. This team is led by the Head of Commercial Development, to generate income for the theatre.
What you will do:
Delivery: Lead fun and interactive workshops, including Baby & Toddler classes, Adult Learning puppetry, children’s activities, birthday parties and school craft workshops.
Enterprise: Develop new products, analyse and improve our systems, help market our products and develop new workshops for our audiences.
Administration: Handle workshop bookings, write workshop copy, support annual planning, budget your workshops and manage freelance staff.
Job Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with children in schools or similar settings.
- Puppetry and/or craft workshop leadership experience.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial spirit.
- A commitment to providing high-quality, inclusive experiences.
- Someone with a commitment to working in environmentally responsible ways.
