Job Description

The Project Delivery Lead (Social Prescription) will lead the delivery of high-quality music workshops as part of SoundLincs’ adult social prescribing programme, supporting participants to improve wellbeing, confidence, and social connection through creative engagement.

As a core member of staff, the Project Delivery Lead will take increased ownership of the planning, coordination, and ongoing development of their allocated sessions and projects, contributing to their quality, consistency, and long-term sustainability.

Working both in delivery settings and within the office, the role will act as a bridge between Music Facilitators and the wider team, strengthening communication, embedding organisational processes, and supporting the continuous improvement of project delivery.

Job Requirements

The working hours for this position are 22.5hrs per week.

Job Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality music workshops as part of SoundLincs programmes, ensuring a consistently high standard of artistic and participant experience.

Work with the CEO, Portfolio Manager, and Project and Development Manager to support the effective delivery of programmes, contributing to SoundLincs’ reputation in community music development.

Take ownership of the planning and coordination of allocated sessions and workshops, including agreeing practical arrangements with partner organisations, venues, and group leaders.

Liaise regularly with the Portfolio Manager and Project and Development Manager regarding scheduling, progress, and any delivery challenges.

Ensure all activity is delivered in line with SoundLincs’ safeguarding, health and safety, and risk assessment procedures.

Work within the SoundLincs PRESENT framework (Plan, Do, Review, Improve) to support consistent and reflective practice.

Collect and record accurate monitoring data and contribute to evaluation processes.
