About Jigsaw Arts
Jigsaw Arts is a leading provider of weekend performing arts classes for children, inspiring confidence and creativity through drama, singing, and dance. We’re passionate about delivering fun, engaging experiences where every child can shine.
The Role
We’re looking for a bright, chatty, and motivated Part-Time Sales Manager to join our friendly team in Balham and Streatham. This is a flexible role, perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and converting enquiries into happy Jigsaw families.
The role will start from 5 hours per week at £15 per hour.
You’ll play a key part in growing our school by managing leads, encouraging families to try our classes, and converting trial students into full bookings.
About You
-Confident, friendly, and chatty communicator.
-Strong sales experience (phone-based experience preferred).
-Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently.
-Passionate about the performing arts and working with families.
-Must hold, or be willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS check.

Job Requirements
Essential:
Proven experience in sales, ideally in a customer-focused or phone-based role.
Confident and engaging communication skills, especially over the phone.
Friendly, bright, and chatty personality with a genuine enthusiasm for helping people.
Ability to manage and follow up leads, converting them into bookings.
Strong organisation and time management skills, able to juggle flexible hours across the week.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or as part of a small team.
Computer literate, with experience using basic CRM systems, spreadsheets, and email tools.
Must hold, or be willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS check (required for working in a child-focused organisation).
Desirable:
Knowledge or interest in the performing arts, education, or children’s activities.
Experience working in a membership-based or service-led environment.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM)
