Here at Dance&Arts, we are currently looking for a confident and energetic instructor to lead our Afrobeat/Urban Dance Afterschool Club for KS2 pupils.
Please see the details below:
Club: Afrobeat/Urban Dance Afterschool Club
Schedule: Every FRIDAY, from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM
Duration: Starting the 9th of January until the 27th of March (10 sessions total)
Location: Primary school in the Clapton area E5
Students: KS2 (ages 8-11 years old)
Pay: £35 per hour
ESSENTIAL: Enhanced DBS check, commitment, and high reliability.

Passion for teaching dance to children (ages 8-11)
Experience with Afrobeat, Urban, or Street Dance styles
High-energy, confident, and engaging teaching style
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one – guidelines provided)
Right to Work in the UK
Plan and deliver fun, high-energy Afrobeat/Urban dance sessions
Encourage confidence, coordination, and musicality
Adapt routines to suit different abilities
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and structured class environment
